Brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of grainy malt and milk chocolate, with a cardboard note. Malt and chocolate flavour with a slightly bitter finish. Pretty decent attempt at a classic mild. Would be fun to try from cask.

Bottle, 63cl, from trade with Papsoe. It’s a hazy, orangey, dark reddish brown beer topped by an inch of off-white head. A bit sugary-sweet, syrupy nose, with caramel and a generic fruityness. Sweet, fruity flavor with a touch of caramel and some cocoa, good bitterness towards the end. Medium body, quite dry. A decent beer indeed, especially considering it’s ABV and origin. There’s not many beers at this ABV in Denmark. 100410
