Tap, sample at Brewpub Copenhagen. Pours hazy reddish brown with medium white head. Aroma is malt, hops and spice. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of spice and hops.

300ml, draught of the 2010-edition, 5.6% ABV. Deep. Ruby-red body under a filmy layer. Nice hoppy Yuletide spices to the nice. Hop-malty taste, very fine balanced flavour of bitterness and sweetness. Rounded, lingering bitter hops to the ending. Good Christmas feel in this one. Enjoyed in a very relaxing and cosy atmosphere at the brewpub early on a Saturday afternoon in Copenhagen, 13.11.2010.

Draught @ Brewpub København, Vestergade 29, 1456 København, Denmark.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, light moderate hoppy, flowers, chlorine water notes, medicine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, red berry. Clear red with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, fruity and hoppy notes. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel, ripe fruits and hoppy notes. Finished bitter though somewhat sweet.
