Fra fat på bryggeripuben 22 Feb 10. Brunt med litt rødskjær. Kremskum med litt farge. Svakt krydret aroma men ganske anonym. Smaken er karamell. Blir litt i søtligste laget. Ettersmaken er ganske tung og bitter. Et ordinært øl.

On tap. Pours a beautiful deep amber with a dense off-white head leaving laces. Nose is rich with sweet exotic fruit - perhaps a little apricot - and naturally the Apollo house diacetyl (even if it far from spoils the beer here). Medium body, lightly sweet fruit, roasted malt and caramel - almost a Bock character. Some dry hoppiness in the finish although not that bitter. Decent. 050210
