“Bright tropical and citrus aromas with a hint of pine”
Tropical fruit aromas, like mango, lift this beer from a really firm malty base. Bitterness is beautifully balanced by a residual sweetness, alongside a lovely, smooth mouthfeel, helped along by the alcohol at 6%.
There’s enough malt and bitterness here to partner dark roast meats, even game. Classically, IPAs make a good match with spicier curries. The fruitiness here will work well with chutneys and pickles, with cheese or good quality charcuterie.
