Dark murky brown color, small off-white color. Slightly caramelly, grainy, rye bready aroma. Medium-bodied. Quite bock-like flavor: rye-bread, caramel and some grassy hops. Where is the Christmas?

On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. A clear, rubyish brown beer with a minimal off-white head. Spiced nose with cinnamon, cardamom and oranges, and a caramel-sweet maltyness. A bit herbal on the palate, with malty sweetness and the spices found in the aroma. Herbal, spiced and bitter finish. Smooth, nicely carbonated, full-bodied and with a certain warmth. A quite nice one. 091023
