A base pilsner brewed with Floor malted pilsner & traditional Hersbrucker with a late kettle addition of Strata. We then transferred the beer to our house Foeder (check it out in the Barrel room!) for 4 months where it picked up some brett character. This beer has mild hints of oak, subtle white grape and a pleasantly sharp finish. Brewed to be our house pilsner and meant to be enjoyed by all types of beer drinkers.
