(750ml bottle from the cidery webshop) Pours a lightly hazed and elegant blush with basically no head. Very reminiscent of a natural white or light rosé wine in both aroma and flavour, smoot subtle plums, a surprising amount of white wine grape vibe, fruity yeast, dusty funk, light floral edges, barrel is very smooth and integrated; overall balance is very lightly sweet and lightly tart, with a drying fainlty saline mineral finish. Light to medium bodied, and barely effervescent at all. Extremely elegant, with a quality much more like wine than cider, but definitely on the more subtle side of Revel's offerings. Nice sipper.
