Bottled. An unclear red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of black currant. The flavor is very acidic which draws out the mouthwater with notes of black currant and vinegar as well as a lighter note of wheat, leading to a very dry finish.

Bottle, at Esbjerg Beerfestival, thx to thewolf. It’s an unclear pinkish orange beer with chuncks floating around, and a small, off-white head on top. Very fruity nose with blackcurrant, some mould and maltyness. Lovely fruity, citrusy and berryish flavor with gooseberries and some wheat maybe. Medium body, dry and astringent. Berry-sour finish. A strange but quite tasteful beer. 091022

Bottle from The Wolf at Borefts BF 09. Pink/orange colour, cloudy with thin lasting white head. Pippy raspberry. Lemon juice sour fruit juice. God that’s sour. Raspberry/blackcurrant, ribena-esque. Man, that is sour. Then some tart raspaberry/blackcurrant fruit. Touch of vinegar. Gooseberry tartness. Good.
