Bottle, kindly shared by thewolf, thanks René! Hazy pink colour, thick light pink head. Aroma of rose hips or Roosvicee, raspberries, sour, very fruity. Flavour is light fruity at first but then the extreme sourness kicks in. Fruity sour finish with some wood. Way too sour for me to be enjoyable.

Bottle that the Wolf kindly passed around at the Ølfestival, Esbjerg, Denmark 22-10-09. Pours very hazy sunset colour with some dashes of red and pink thrown in. Raspberries noted immediately on the nose but its a sweeter aroma than you expect especially once you have started to taste it. A furious sourness, really sharp and tangy with raspberries, some citrus streaks and a little woodiness which attempts to soften the sour assault on the tastebuds. I liked this but probably shouldn’t have been drinking it alongside a Raasted Imperial Wheat Stout which I’d already started, still it made for an interesting switch from one to the other. Cloudy red/orange with a lasting hite head. Complex fruit aroma, with blackcurrant and raspberries shining through. Bone dry with lambik acidity and berry tartness. Lingering blackcurrant finish
