(On tap @ the brewpub, Sept 21/19) Pours clear pale gold with an average white head. Notes of bright floral apple and pear, moderate lemon and lactic acidity, soft leafy hops that aren't really on an 'IPA' level, dominated by the quince really. Malt body is very retiring and neutral. Dry finish, lightly bitter tree fruit skin and leafy hops in the aftertaste. Light body with average carbonation. Solid fruited kettle sour here, quince isn't the most punchy addition but still nice to try something a little different adjunct wise.
