Bottle, 6.5%. Vinous aroma, quite alcoholic, hint of baking yeast. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour starts off a bit roasted, there is some wood notes. Dry roastedness. Finishes a little disappointing. Vinous and alcoholic finish, slightly rough.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy brown with a beige head. Sweet and roasted malty nose. Medium to full body, sweet roasted maltiness - very malty indeed - with hints of dried fruits. Warming alcohol in the finish but hardly any traces of hops. A pleasant X-mas brew that will offend nobody. 210909
