330mL bottle, pours black with big beige head. Aroma of toast, faint roasted malt and yeast. Flavour is very leathery, light toast, and light licorice. Not a fan of this at all.

Draft @ Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a dark ruby almost black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel and chocoalte flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

Draft. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of malt - sweet as well as roasted, combined with lighter notes of soy sauce and vegetables. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of roasted malt and vegetables. The body is light.

Draught @ Danish Regional Beer Festival, Esbjerg, Denmark.Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, barberque smoke. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091022]

On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. It’s a very dark brown beer with a dense, two-finger thick beige head leaving lacings. Smoked, burnt and roasted nose with a vegetal hint. Alcohol and some charcoal too. Burnt, smoked and slightly charcoal-ish flavor with hints of dms. It feels a bit thin on the palate, and it’s dry. Charcoal-like finish. This one starts quite nice, but the flavor disappoints a bit. 091022

Draught at EsBF09. Good roasted aroma. Clear verydark brown colour. Small stable light brown head. Good roasted flavour, creamy with a good dose of stable and old hay. Good balance. Thin mouthfeel.

On tap. Clear orangey brown with a beige head. Distinct coffee in the nose. Medium body, hard roasted malt, coffee and a little vanilla. Light malt bitterness. Appears like a Sweet Stout. 221009
