(473ml can from the brewery c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours moderately hazy dark gold with a small fine white head. Aroma of fresh mango flesh that is a little funky and dank from ripeness, mixed citrus flesh, lighty zesty, moderately sweet but with very little obvious malt character. Flavour is lightly sweet with a neutral pale malt core, dominated by fresh ripe mango, some lime and grapefruit peel, minerals, a little fruit skin and some slightly peppery grassy hops, finishing quite dry with soft astringent bitterness. More mango than hops overall, the latter build as the beer warms but it still feels more like a single IPA. Light to medium bodied for style, average carbonation, no alcohol. Nice easy drinker, quite some fruit but definitely isn't a fruit smoothie type IPA either.
