Hazy reddish copper pour, with a medium white head. Faint cherry nose, with notes of apple skins, light blue berry and earthy oak. Bright mouth feel, lively carb. Very acidic finish, very tart, cherries and tart berries, woody, earthy in the end.

(375ml bottle from Half Hours webshop) Pours lightly hazy pale pink-orange with a small white head. Aroma of currants, soft cherries, fresh woodland berries more than jammy though, some rosé wine, subtle spicy woodiness, herbs, earth, some lactic acidity. Flavour is on the higher tart side, lactic, red berries, herbs, soft oak, dried flowers, a little lemon peel, dusty funk, salty mineral almost gose-like finish. Quite dry overall and especially on the finish. Quite light bodied with good carbonation. A pleasant lightly fruited second use farmhouse, delicate but drinkable like I expected.
