(473ml can shared by Herbalist, thanks!) Pours hazy gold with a decent sized white head and lace. Notes of clean and lightly bready pale malt, lots of herbal, somewhat peppery mix of hops and phenolics, soft flowers and citrus, light fruity esters, off-dry finishing dry and lightly to moderately bitter with the herbal/phenolic characters dominating, fairly crisp and mineral. Light to medium body, fairly high effervescent carbonation. A hoppy Belgian pale that's well-done for what it is, yeast is expressive but not overly so and it's refreshing and easy to gulp down in the place of a session IPA. Solid brewing.
