Ooops...we did it again?!? The first entry in our new Constructabull Series brewed to celebrate the progress towards opening our grain to glass production facility next Spring. We hit this 8.2% heavily oated DIPA with Citra and Apollo in the kettle and fermented this one with Vermont yeast, then dry hopped with more Citra, Apollo and Centennial. Big grapefruit and candied orange with subtle background pine. Snag one and toast us coming into the side of the old building like a wrecking bull!

16 ounce can. Bright yellow gold color. Frothy white head. Fragrant citrus malt nose. Hints of melon and pineapple. Robust toasted malt flavor. Notes of light caramel and tropical fruit. Think passionfruit, pineapple and lemon. Big bitter, spicy notes in finish. Notes of black pepper and radicchio.
