Draught @ Sopp Tampere 2015. Aroma is tart with green apples, some floyry apples and apple peel. Flavour is rather tart with lots of green apples, leathery apple peel and distant floury tones. Rather aggressive at its tartness.

Tap at SOPP 2013, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with tiny white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, apple and dryness.

Bottle 275ml.Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is sour, apple, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration. dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090804]

Cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Sweet apple peel aroma with a faint spicy note. Sweet baking yeast flavour with a tart edge.

Keg at Black Door, Helsinki in early 2008. Pale yellowish golden colour with basically no head. Aroma is sour apples along with some hints of wood and also fresh apples. Flavour is sweet apples meeting sour apples along with some earthyness. Refreshing and semi dry palate.
