clear yellow, smooth white head. sweet, faint caramelly, faint sweet corn aroma, actually a nice strong european lager aroma for a change. I didn’t know and didn’t suspect a wheat ale, but Gitte did notice some wheat in it. flavor is bitter, malts, hop balance. dry and bitter beer, starts bitter and ends a little sweeter, which is kinda’ unusual. tastes good.

Bottle 33cl: I think that it is the first hefe brewed in Spain. Big foamy head. Excellent appearance certainly. Cloudy with white head that fades but does not disappear. Aroma of lemon and a typical smooth mouthfeel. From my point of view one of the best beers brewed in Spain, once more again it has been La Zaragozana the brewery that it has made this possible.
