Lindeboom Bock: dé klassieker zoals oorspronkelijk bedoeld. De brouwers grijpen terug naar de oorspronkelijke brouwreceptuur en ondergistende giststam van Lindeboom’s bockbier uit de vorige eeuw. Gebrouwen met vijf geselecteerde mouten en kristalzuiver water uit eigen bron. Het resultaat is een rijke en volle smaak, perfect voor de herfst en winter.

Clear amber brown colour, good two finger creamy beige head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malts, dark fruits, brown sugar, caramel. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, fruity, burnt caramel, brown sugar, spicy notes. Roasty and malty sweetbitter aftertaste, burnt caramel, bit of coffee groundings, light acidic touch, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Rather rich and not too sweet bock, nice.

eerste bok van 2016, helder rood/bruin met kaki kraag. aroma van caramel, donker fruit zoals rozijn en pruim, bruine suiker. Smaken zijn redelijk zoet, glad, bittere caramel, rozijn, pruim, ijzer (iets metaligs), graan, iets pittig, mout, suiker, dun, redelijk veel co2, kleur is ok smaak is iets minder.

Bottle. Copper brown color. Aroma of malt, caramel and some herbal cinnamon. Taste is sweet, with notes of malt, prune, pear and some caramel. 30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra. Mahogany brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma with caramel and roasted malts. Taste is nicely bitter. aftertaste is likewise and fullfilling.

Dark brown colour. Tight creamy head. Light aroma with a hint of malt and caramel. Nice flavour. It stays quite biiter, not too sweet.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar, nutty notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100314]
