Parabola's notoriously dark, roasted, bourbon-barrel character is perfectly accentuated by the Misty Valley coffee's distinctive blueberry and milk chocolate notes.

On tap at the Well, 2015 vintage. Pours pitch black. Toast, coffee, bourbon, booze, coconut, red grape, dry red wine, tobacco, vanilla, chocolate, bourbon again, dried cranberry. Good body, bit slick. Outstanding.

Draft at Salud, Walker tour. Black. Nice aroma of coffee, vanilla, toasted coconut, bourbon. Taste is a well integrated mixture of all of these. Delicious.

09-09-17 // taster, draft. At Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London. Deep black. Aroma of coffee, tofffee, caramel, some vanilla, sweet roasted malts. Good!
