Our classic bourbon barrel-aged Parabola infused with heirloom Ethiopia Misty Valley coffee beans, freshly roasted by our friends and neighbors at Spearhead Coffee. Parabola's notoriously dark, roasted, bourbon-barrel character is perfectly accentuated by the Misty Valley coffee's distinctive blueberry and milk chocolate notes.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out heaps of bourbon barrels upfront, followed by a lovely coffee character and vanilla. Flavour is absolutely loaded with heaps of bourbon upfront, accentuated beautifully by complex coffee, and topped off with vanilla and chocolate. Deep and elegant. A wonderfully rich, decadent sipper.
