Draught at the brewery Gaststätte, Brauhaus zur Palme
Pale blond color; big head. The aroma is light bust strange: lemon, insect spray, straws... The carbonation is soft, therefore the mouthfeel seems mellower; again, there is a strange mix like in the aroma; the bitterness is higher than in the Pilsner and Bio-Pilsner. Weird.

Bottle. It pours with a little hazyness, but it’s almost entirely clear, pale golden in color and with a small, off-white head and nice lacings. The aroma is pretty weak, pale malts, fruits and a whiff of honey. Not bad though, just boring. The flavor is more pronounced, with pale malts, spicy, grassy hops and a decent bitterness. Slightly metallic in the else bitter and grassy finish. Medium body and pleasant carbonation. Far from a winner, but it drinks easily and it’s definitely not a winner. 101002

Bottled. A yellow beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, minerals, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, metal, and a bit of cardboard. Thanks :-( MiP for sharing.

Bottle, 5.1%. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is OK malty, slightly chalky. The bitterness is low to medium, but nice enough. Clean.
