Bottle. Fat yeasty aroma, OK roasted, a bit of spicy. Slightly old smelling, hint of sherry. Clear dark brown colour. Good malty flavour, a bit of smoke, earth, peat, salami.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, wood, and alcohol, as well as light notes of smoke. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of caramel and malt as well as lighter notes of alcohol, wood, smoked malt, leading to a dry lightly smoky finish.

50 cL bottle, presumeably a different beer 2008 edition. Pours clear and golden deep brown with an orange glare and a small white head. Smoked and roasted malt aroma. Sweet malty with a dense peaty smoke note. Ends dry and smoked.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Clear, orangey brown with a rough, off-white head. Distinct aroma of peaty smoke. Medium body, lightly ashy and again very distinct notes of peaty smoke, some caramel malt and a light underlying acidity. 131108
