Originally an experimental "Outlaw" beer, subsequently became a regular brew. Pale coloured beer. Golden Promise malt and New Zealand and US hops. Amazing aromas closely mirror those of the Sauvignon grape. Moderately bittered. Long finish

Cask@The White Horse. Yellow color, small white head, some lace. Loads of berries in the nose (white gooseberry, strawberry, passion fruit). Fruity flavor, some lemony hops. Short oily finish with some bitter notes. Interesting.

Cask, gravity dispense at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 18th and 19th 2008 Pours light golden in colour with white head. I struggled to find the rather fanciful aromas in this beer but when sniffing like a police sniffer dog at Colombian customs I did just get some gooseberry otherwise I found it just non descript fruity aroma. The flavour was fruity some hops and also a nice citrus edge a little tangy and really quite nice.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. It’s funny, when you get to a beer festival you look at the beers that you wanted, but have sold out or didn’t live up to your anticipation and you are a bit disappointed. It is only when you look back at your notes and see how many stunning beers you’ve had, that you think, "Hey, that was a pretty good day!" I had a good run of excellent beers around mid afternoon including this one. Decent blond beer. Attractive citrus hop aroma. Decent Dark Star Hophead style beer. Still, a very good blond beer, good grapefruit flavour. Very decent.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Pale amber with a thin white head; tropical fruit aromas with apricot and peach; thin in the mouth with the same fruity flavours cut through with a grapefruit bitterness. Refreshing and drinkable.
