Originally an experimental "Outlaw" beer, subsequently became a regular brew. Pale coloured beer. Golden Promise malt and New Zealand and US hops. Amazing aromas closely mirror those of the Sauvignon grape. Moderately bittered. Long finish

Cask, half pint, served lightly chilled in a mug at the North Bar in Leeds. Golden body topped by a film type layer. Aroma of fruity hops. Hints of lemon and grapefruits in flavour rounded off by a dry bitter ending. Very refreshing and paired well with local made cheese (Sunday pub crawl in Leeds, 11.07.2010).

Intensely fruity ale. Grapefruit and peachy hops that also impart a bitter dry finish.
11th April 2012
On tap at the Euston Tap. Clear pale gold beer, small white head. Light semi dry palate. Light creamy malt with a pleasing lemon - grapefruit mild citrus. The lemon turns sweeter, like a watered down lemon sherbet. Grapefruit pith. Smooth finish. Semi dry.
