Bottle from Asda. Clear reddish brown pour with small off white top with good retention. Clean malt aroma with red fruit, pepper, grass. Very good body for the strength - smooth, semi-drying, soft to fine carbonation. Malty and leafy with hint of caramel, mixed berries, light toast, spice dusting. Very good bitter.

Bottle at home after a crazy week. Good pour with little head. Nose of malt and some bitter hops and the same for the taste. It's OK but really nothing special. A homage to a bitter but lacking that certain something the good ones have.
