Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-w hite head. The aroma has notes of malt, wheat, spices, and some fruit. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of lemon and other fruits as well as some wheat and other fruits, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of JohnC. Pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Tart, citrusy nose. Light body, very tart and citric without being really sour. A little yeast. Quite fresh but nowhere near a German Hefe. 231109

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazy orange hued body and a frothy, lasting white head. Aromas of spice, orange, clove phenols, and vanilla. Taste is vanilla, grainy malt, banana esters and chalk. Medium bubbles.
