22oz bomber pours mahogany with semi loose tan head of foam. The aroma is estery with prunes and red apples as well as a touch of cherry with an interesting rauch like maltiness to go along with a light sense of molasses and black licorice in the background. The taste confirms the nose as I get a mild level of smoky rauch malts as well as sweet malts, chocolate malted brownie and then a bit of molasses mixing with highly roasted malts. This is interesting stuff and I wasn’t expecting to get any smokiness in this. I thinks it adds a nice touch. After several ounces it seems a minerally note begins to softly murmur to the surface.

Bottle courtesy of BeerandBlues2, thanks! Hazy amber color, small off white head. Aroma of raw cookie dough. Taste is bunt butterscotch. OK.

Bottle. Brown beer with a tan head. Malt and toffee aroma with light burnt sugar. Burnt sugar and toffee flavor with malt and light citrus. Medium bodied. Burnt sugar and toffee lingers with malt.

On tap. Pours with a bronze (not really brown by any stretch) body with a small off-white head. Aromas are off. Manure, spearmint, banana esters. Messy. Flavors are not quite as messy. Molasses and a huge amount of esters. Light chocolate. Medium bubbles. A messy beer overall.

Bomber from Hi Time. Pours rather mahogany with a slight creamy beige head. Aroma is nutty and malty. Med body. Seems very nutty. And after that banana definitely popped up. This is coming on like a dark hefe, except it doesn’t have much, if any, spice, and is less watery. This is a good, malty, bananany (sic) ale that drinks very nice. I might imagine a sour note, but I don’t think so. Apparently I have a very good bottle.

This brew pours brown with a medium thin off-white head that burns away steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Tart fruity aroma with a slight malt note. Medium body with flavors of sour fruit, brown sugar and malt. The finish is fruity with a sour aftertaste. As it turns out this beer is supposed to be a sour brown but it doesn’t work regardless. Below average.

bottle at the Tally tasting, pours light brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is brown sugar and toasted malts. Flavor is sweet toasted malts and caramel, but ends sour and infected. What is with this brewery?

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear amber with some floating impurities and a small off-white head. Lightly tart aroma. Medium body, fruit and caramel with tart, lactic accents. Even the finish is tart as hell. Clearly infected but not unpleasant as such. This fucker was an extreme gusher and it killed my laptop - I oughta sue somebody! 231109
