Bottled 330ml, PBF
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Light citrusy aroma. Light bodied. Tartish, citrusy and "dry yeasty" flavor. Lacks German banana flavors and esters. Stronger on tap was slightly better.

A brown yellow beer with a weak and blond head. The nose is strongly tart, some wheat batter, only hint of fruit esters. Taste is also strongly tart, some sweet malts, also slightly musty. Light+ bodied, low carbonation. This hefe is not convincing at all, too tart without fruitness, not even fresh. Maybe slightly contaminated?

Bottled@PBF VIII. hazy yellowish golden colour, medium heads. Aroma is wheat citrus and wood compared to yeasty and very much rubber. Flavour is a quite much similar difference, the more recent one was much more fresh, the older very much rubbery with similar notes. The brewery recently threatened the Finnish rating scene on how things should be done and dislikers will be taken behind the sauna. Well, after these two released as bottles, bring it on! Points given in between the versions. But class, and constant quality, I will say, fuck you. Two bottles, totally different, that’s almost worse than homebrewers.

33 cl bottle @ PBF VIII
Vertical with BBE 12/2013 & 01/2014
Aroma has yeasty notes and some slight cardboard notes. Also some apricot and grapefruit notes with the 2014 one. Flavour has yeasty notes, grapefruit and some orange. Feels a bit watery. No big differences between the two bottles.
