A wheat beer with esters providing a spice and banana flavor. A very light villa character accentuates the banana flavor, sweetness and roundness. The soft, somewhat bready flavor of wheat is complementary, as is a slightly sweet Pilsner mat character. It also has a well rounded, flavorful palate with a relatively dry finish.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Kowloon Taproom. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of banana, light wheat and some bread. Also hints of citrus. Soft and easy to drink. A descent one.
