Launched to commemorate our 20th year anniversary and named after our first brand, the Crooked Island Cask Series offers a range of different beer styles and dry hopping treatments, all featuring the seductive mouth-feel that only cask-conditioned beers can offer.
As the name might suggest, this ale was brewed exclusively with Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest. It was brewed with a fairly neutral pale malt base, large additions of Centennial hops in the kettle and massive amounts when dry hopped with our Hop Gun for amazing hop aroma and flavor. This straw colored, sessionable beer showcases the citrusy (think tangelo), floral and earthy characteristics of this amazing hop.

Cask at Roundhouse Taproom, Hong Kong. Golden/orange with a white. Relaxed and easy to drink with some fruit, hops and hay. The body was on the light side and the bitterness medium. An ok one.
