A tart lager brewed with our good friends at Brewhall, this collab was brewed with floor-malted pilsen and munich malt. Lightly soured with our house culture and hopped with Ella and Hallertau Blanc, this lager was fermented with our house Czech lager yeast and cool conditioned for 8 weeks.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Draught at House of Funk, North Vancouver; 5% ABV
Hazy blond colour, greenish, no head. Light hop in the aroma, but the malt is very bland, and the hop flavour is almost lost, with low bitterness, and overall a watery feeling. Not entirely sure if there is some tartness.
Drinkable, undaring.
