This dry hopped extra pale ale has an undeniably pleasing aroma and clean crisp finish. A mythical legend echoes in our brewhouse- that St. Lupulin, the archetypal hop head devotes his endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and beloved resin within, lupulin.

Thanks to crajun for the trade! Pours clear dark yellow with a tall, sticky white head. Hop aroma of citrus ,light spice and resin. The flavor is lightly bitter but both the malts and hops are held off here making this a light, easy drinking session pale ale. Nothing too bold here.

Bottle pours a very hazy orange, light amber with a small but persistent sandy colored head an spotty lacing. Light sweet malt aromas, fruity and a little citrusy hops. Some sweet hop flavor, but very little bitterness. A little bite at the end, but malty and smooth and fairly sweet for an extra pale

355ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a surprisingly orange-gold, thin white head, good lacing. Aromas are pine, resin, grapefruit. Taste has big bitterness. Palate is thin, but refreshing. Rather wish I was drinking this in June... not November... Very nice beer though.

355ml bottle. Minimally cloudy golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly piney, resinous hoppy aroma, caramel malty basis with a biscuit touch, hints of orange zest. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty with a biscuit touch, resinous and minimally piney hoppy overtones, a touch of orange zest. Precise, focused APA.

Bottle from Drinkmonger. Hazy pale golden body with a massive white head that holds well. Light carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of grass, biscuit, flowers and green pepper. Crisp flavour - pear, caramel and earth. No hint of its 6.5% ABV. Medium body with an oily texture. Very soft carbonation. A fresh, hoppy APA.

355ml bottle from Ales by Mail

Bottled (or BBE?) 6/7/13 - Pours clear orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of sweet caramely malts, some grassy and resinous hops and fruity notes. Taste is sweet, caramely, malty and sticky with hints of old grassy hops and loads of resin. Finish is sweet, bitter and sticky with hints of citrus, grass and resin. Doesn’t taste very fresh, but still quite hoppy pale ale.
