Dedicated to the Queen of Funk, one of the pioneers of the Funk music genre in the 1970's. Chaka Khan was brewed with raw wheat, oats, and pilsner malt. Hopped generously in the whirlpool with Equanot and Galaxy, Chaka was fermented with our house kviek culture and double dryhopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe. After fermentation, we blended in a small portion of our foeder-aged golden sour, with lends a light acidity.

Cloudy pale blond colour. Nice dank aroma. The clash between farmhouse yeast, mild acidity and citrusy IPA, although is quite harsh.
Messy.
