This Kveik style pale ale is a pleasant mouthful of light citrus with a slight lingering sweetness. This beer is easier to drink than it is to say, "Unique New York, Kveik New York".

Draught at the brewery
blond, just jazy, with small head. Lean but sweetish, with an interesting fruity yeast character, gin, light elderflower, floral, very mildly spicy, with low bitterness.
Atypical, easily made, but pleasant.
