6 years old @ Paddenbroek, Gooik. Hazy, very dark for a lambic, almost chestnut brown murky colour, no foam. Complex nose, vinous, woody, dry, sweet caramel, a bit bready. Very interesting.

[19/2/23] On tap at Café In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst in Eizeringen. Clear deep golden-copper. Funk, oak, some sweat, fruits, a bit sweetish, cobwebs.

Tap at Grote Dorst, around Bryssel. Color is clear light orange with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citric elements, floral elements, sourness.... pretty floral.

At BXL. Nail polish remover, vinegar, glue, wheat, oak. I’ve had some decent lambics from Den Herberg, but this one is just really bad, sorry.
