Inspired by the cocktail, this whiskey sour beer has a base of pilsner, oats and wheat to provide the body and backbone of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Lactose provides mouthfeel and sweetness to balance the citrus character, creating a tart and flavourful beer. Bullet Bourbon is added after fermentation, combining to create an aromatic and intense beer.

Draught at the brewpub
Served with drops of Angostura. Cloudy and dull blond colour, creamy head with 3 orange dots (the Bitter). Aroma of Saison yeast, a bit sour, lemon peel. It still has some sweetness. The acidity is mild, the base is bready and doughy, I would say that the fermentation didn't work well; the finish is very metallic, low bitterness, lightly fruity.
Messy beer, WTF indeed; I can't say I enjoy it.
