Using newer german hop varieties Ariana and Calista only.Aromas of peach and tropical fruits. The hops impart a flavour of temperate stone fruit aswell as gooseberry and grapefruit. no caramel malt, but some aromatic malt to keep it malty and rounded. German ale yeast used, very clean.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Murky dark and dull yellow colour. The aroma is quite fruity. Good body strength, there is enough hop character, quite orangey, zesty, but spoiled by some butter flavour and some vegetable bitterness in the finish.
