Galaxy and El Dorado hops work together to complement each other with notes of citrus, pear, tropical and stone fruit. The malt body is light in colour and texture which provides an excellent platform for the hops to flourish. It?s backed with a solid bitterness, but remains perfectly quaffable on a hot day.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Dry Pale Ale with a nice peach touch that is more evident in the flavor than aroma, but also too much chicory bitterness in the final.
Unbalanced.
