Draught at The Local, Bellingham, WA, as Hop Valley Barrel Aged Winter
Amber color with compact generous head. Light Parmesan I’m the aroma, moderately sweet, some caramel.
Can’t feel any barrel aging, and in general it’s a very plain sweet caramel beer.
