Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color, compact head. It has a strong spicy, coriander character, some banana in the aroma, it’s smooth, with a good body structure, and a load of fruity esters (banana again). Sweetish overall.
Interesting Saison, a bit too sweet and too much banana to be Belgian, but very good nevertheless.
