Draught at the brewery
Mild aroma of roasted nuts. The body is lean, with light residual sweetness; dark caramel flavor, with some roasted nuts, and balanced bitterness.
Quite basic in the concept, but well balanced, clean, and actually what a Dunkler Bock is supposed to be. I’d like to see the Doppel version of this.
