Draught at the brewery
Hazy (or cloudy) golden color with small compact head. The aroma is mildly resiny, I get some yeast too, cheesy. Dry mouthfeel, with biscuity and bready malts; strong bitterness, some harsh resins, but there is more chicory in the final (the yeast?) than hop quality. At least this one doesn’t have diacetyl, but the extraction from the hops was not optimal (hoptimal).
