Cask at the brewery
Cloudy golden color with almost no head. Moderate aroma of ginger. The mouthfeel is undercarbonated, luckily the base beer provides some nice malt flavor, lightly sweet, a bit biscuity, on top of which there is a lot of ginger jam. Tastes like a ginger cookie. A bit vegetable, green.
I don’t see the point in this fake beers, but it’s not bad to drink.
