Cask at Big Rock Urban Brewery, Vancouver; 12oz
Dark brown color, near black, with tan head. A feeling of cinnamon cookies dominates the aroma. The mouthfeel is soft (not too warm, not too undercarbonated), nice flavor of chocolate, gently roasted malts, light spices, and maple; there is already so much that itβs not evident if there is also any oak; moderate bitterness, partially replaced by the roastiness.
Very nice infusion.
