Draught at Big Rock Urban Brewery, Vancouver
Hazy amber color. Delicate aroma of malt and oak, lightly biscuity, and a hint of vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel, pleasant fudgy malt flavor, mild, with a trace of oak and vanilla, definitively not cedar, and low bitterness.
Not impressive, but at least, finally in Vancouver, a clean cask.
