Bottle @ Dolles Bockstival — Bocken varer lige til påske, 5000 Odense C. Pours Clear Golden with a off White head. Sulphur, grains and bread. Short bitter Dry finish. Hmmh.

Klares goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone, hohe Karbonisation. Geruch leicht süßlich malzig, hopfig. Geschmack gering malzig, fast schon wässrig, gering süß getreidig, total langweilig.

Bottle looks very much like a cheap beer. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-spicy, sourish background. Finish still mild, a bit metallically. Nothing special.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091023]
