Draught at the brewpub, 16oz
Cloudy amber color with compact head. The aroma is very fruity initially; later it turns into some Asian fruit, light durian. The mouthfeel is rather dry for a caramelly IPA, it has some caramel flavor, a bit dusty and nutty; strong bitterness, but not enough hop quality. Unfortunately for this beer, today I’m having the wonderful European Pilsner, and that can’t be surpassed.
