Cask at the brewpub
Black color with a nice head. delicate and harmonious aroma, gentle roasted malts and hops, dark chocolate. Served at the right temperature (chilled but not cold) and with a good carbonation level; harmonious blend of roasted malt and dark chocolate; the mouthfeel is lean, but with light pleasant sweetness; correctly bitter, with a roasty but smooth final, boutique coffee, some hop resins.
If only all Stouts were like this one, I would be converted.
