Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier, bb 20 feb 14
Very dark brown color, with small head. Very light aroma of malt and roasted malt, yeast. Round mouthfeel, sweetish dark caramel flavor with some chocolate and very light liquorice; traces of yeast; ordinary bitterness.
Very simplistic.
